The GAJ Collection

Where Heritage Meets Modern Elegance

The Elephant in the Room

(On Your Table)

In Indian culture, the elephant has always been more than just an animal. It's a symbol of wisdom, prosperity, and gentle strength. It's Ganesha's vehicle, the royal mount of maharajas, and a creature that commands respect without demanding it.

So when we set out to create something truly special for Vola, the answer was always going to be "Gaj."

Designing Majesty

Creating the GAJ motif was about capturing an essence, not copying reality. We wanted an elephant that felt regal yet approachable, traditional yet contemporary. Something that would look at home on a modern dining table while carrying centuries of cultural significance.

The platinum detailing was non-negotiable. Against pure white porcelain, platinum offers a subtle luxury—it whispers elegance rather than shouting it. The metallic sheen catches candlelight at dinner parties and morning sun during breakfast, transforming ordinary moments into something special.

Every piece is crafted from 100% vegetarian, premium fine porcelain because luxury should never compromise values.

The Collection That Changed Everything
Here's what we didn't predict: GAJ would become the collection that put Vola on the map.
Customers started calling us "that elephant crockery brand." Food influencers specifically requested GAJ pieces for their shoots. Hotels and restaurants redesigned their entire table settings around our collection. What began as one design became our signature—the piece that people recognize instantly.
Why? Because GAJ struck a chord. It wasn't just pretty crockery; it was a connection to heritage that felt relevant today. It was grandma's stories meeting your modern aesthetic. It was India, reimagined for your table.
A Range for Every Moment

Today, GAJ isn't just plates—it's a complete dining experience:

Everyday Dining: Dinner plates, side plates, quarter plates, bowls
Entertaining: Platters, serving bowls, statement pieces
Morning Rituals: Cups, saucers, mugs, complete tea sets
Special Touches: Pasta plates, soup bowls, dessert plates

Build your collection piece by piece, or go all in. Each item works beautifully solo or as part of a coordinated table.
